It is a very joyous occasion and is celebrated in all the households with great pomp and glory. The festival of lights can be an amazing experience in some parts and cities of the country.

1 Hours Before Flight Time
The tourists arrive at the city of Delhi and are met very graciously at the Delhi Airport. They are then escorted to a hotel and can have the rest of the day for themselves. They either can spend the day in the luxuries of the hotel or can explore the capital city.
The morning starts with a breakfast and a Welcome Meeting. After that, the tour of Delhi starts with a visit to the Humayun Tomb, a perfect example of stunning Mughal architecture. The Jama Masjid, which is the largest mosque in the country, the Haus Khas Village, the National Zoological Park and the very famous India Gate are the other tourist sites included in the sightseeing. The tourists then return to the hotel for a peaceful group dinner.
After a one-night stay in Delhi, the tourists reach the city of Agra in the morning. The first tourist visit is to the Agra Fort, a superbly built architectural structure. Agra was the capital of the glorious Mughal Empire and the valor is visible in this beautiful fort. After that, the tourists visit one of the Wonder of the World, the Taj Mahal. Shahjahan built the wonderful marble masterpiece that will entwine you with its charm.
The tourists take a drive to Fatehpur Sikri, a former Mughal city. This city was abandoned nearly 400 years ago and even though there is no inhibition in the city, the Fatehpur Sikri still stands graciously. The red sandstone, which is used to build this structure, has helped in preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the Fatehpur Sikri.
The tourists continue their drive towards Karauli, after having lunch. Karauli was a princely state for nearly 500 years, until the 20th century. The tourists have a night stay at the wonderful Bhanwar Vilas Palace, which is inhabited by the present Maharaja and Maharani of Karauli. The princess of the palace also gives guided tours of the structure.
The next morning, tourists drive from Karauli to the city of Jaipur. On reaching the city, they get the time in the afternoon for leisure, before they head out for an eventful evening for the celebrations of Diwali. The tourists have the freedom to explore the city if necessary, or if they want to.
The evening begins with a visit to the Birla Temple, located at the base of the Moti Dungri fortress. This temple is part of the various numbers of temples, which are located all over India. It is a grand temple and is essentially known for its fine architecture. The entire temple is built of beautiful white marble and is a great place for relaxation. The tourists can look around the area of the temple and relax. The temple houses the statues of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi, but other Hindu deities and goddesses are also present in other small shrines and temples.
The temple is not very famous during the days of any festival, but the tourists have a great experience when they visit the temple and experience its religious activities. They celebrate the festival of lights in the midst of all the firecrackers in the heart of the city of Jaipur. The most eventful day ends with a special Diwali dinner at an authentic restaurant, full of the traditional Diwali cuisine and sweets.
The tour provides an opportunity to fly over the sand dunes and the pink roofs of Jaipur City with an add-on to the package. The city is the house to various massive forts and palatial palaces from around the country, like the City Palace, the Jantar Mantar, as well as the Govindji Temple. The major attraction in the city is the Amber Fort, which is a beautiful mix of the Hindu and Muslim styles of architecture.
The next morning, tourists drive back to Delhi from Jaipur. The afternoon is free for the them to further explore the famous spots in the city, or they have an option to just stay back at the hotel with the other group members and relax
The package of the tour ends on the eighth day. The tourists checkout of the hotel and are escorted to the airport for travel to their respective destinations.
